• We lost the first of 9 legal opportunities to have the conviction reviewed and reversed.
• There are 95% of the pieces of evidence proving I’m not guilty that were not introduced in the trial. And because of that, they could not be appealed at the direct appeal. The L.A.D.A hid over 500 pieces of evidence, 283 Brady violations, and 311 witness statements that we haven’t seen yet.
• When we receive the missing evidence, we will file a Habeas Corpus petition, that allows one to introduce all of the new evidence that was not introuced at trial.
• We have not had a fair hearing ― and have “Just Begun to Fight.”
